Close to everything - shops, bars, cafes - great location. Beach area is a bit of a walk due to ongoing road works, but still accessible.Cannot comment on the food as we only had a room, but no complaints heard.The staff were professional and provided good service.
Cannot find any fault
We loved the location of the hotel as it was within walking distance to the beach, bars, and public transport. The breakfast had a good selection of cooked food, although it was unfortunately cold. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff, especially Juan at the reception, were very kind and attentive, making our stay enjoyable.
There was nothing we didn't like.
The hotel was clean and in a great location for exploring the city. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of choices. The hotel was close to shops, bars, and cafes, and it was possible to walk to the beach in about 10 minutes. there was ample parking available and transportation options nearby.

The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the staff. The hotel was spotless and the pool was clean and not overcrowded. The staff, from reception to cleaners, were all cheerful, helpful, and polite. The location was also great, as it was close to everything we needed, such as the Benidorm Palace and the beach. The breakfast selection was outstanding. We couldn't find any faults at all.

The location was perfect, with easy access to sunbeds, umbrellas, and tables & chairs. The breakfast provided was delightful, offering a wide variety of choices.
